Beta privacy notice
Updated October 7, 2026. This notice describes the current beta service.
Information the service processes
BatchAd stores account information, authentication sessions, product URLs, product details, generation settings and generated assets. It uses essential cookies for login and for private guest access. Guest access is identified by a random, HTTP-only browser cookie lasting up to 180 days. A keyed hash of the visitor network address is used for guest capacity and abuse prevention; raw IP addresses are not stored in guest allowance records. Authentication rate limits may process your IP address.
Product information and AI
Public product descriptions are sent to the configured Microsoft Azure language model service to generate advertising copy. Product images are downloaded for rendering. Optional background removal and video rendering currently run on our server. Avoid including confidential information in product pages submitted to the service.
Access and storage
Campaigns and their files are restricted to the account or guest browser session that created them. Signing in from the same guest browser moves its campaigns to that account; the guest cookie is then cleared. The service currently stores accounts in PostgreSQL and generated files on its hosting server. Cloudflare provides website delivery and AWS provides hosting. Access logs may include IP addresses and request paths.
Service analytics
We count marketing page requests in daily aggregates without a visitor identifier. These counts may include bots and reloads. Generation, account creation, guest account handoff and completed download responses are recorded using keyed pseudonymous account or guest identifiers, without product URLs, email addresses or raw IP addresses in the analytics records. A same-browser guest handoff merges those records into the account. No additional analytics cookie or third-party analytics service is used. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days and account-associated records are removed when you delete your account. Analytics reports are restricted to the operator.
Retention
Campaigns are available for 30 days from creation. Expired campaign files are removed from active storage by an automatic cleanup process. Database backups are retained for 14 days. Download files you need to keep.
Deleting campaigns
You can delete completed, failed or cancelled campaigns from your library. Deletion removes their generated files from active storage and hides the campaign. Minimal generation usage records remain for allowance accounting. Copies in operational backups may remain until those backups expire.
Deleting your account
Account settings includes permanent account deletion. Complete or cancel pending campaigns first. Deletion removes your account, sessions, brand kit and campaign files from active storage. Operational backups may temporarily retain copies.
