Data deletion instructions
To delete Facebook connection data, sign in to BatchAd, open Facebook publishing and choose “Disconnect and delete connection data”. This deletes stored Page credentials, Page details, pending authorization sessions, image publishing tasks and publishing records from active storage. It does not delete posts already published to Facebook. Remove those directly on Facebook.
To revoke Facebook authorization, remove BatchAd in Facebook’s Business Integrations settings. To delete your entire BatchAd account, open account settings in the workspace and choose permanent account deletion. Complete or cancel pending campaigns first.
If you cannot sign in, contact [email protected] from your account email to request deletion. We may verify account ownership. Operational backups expire after 14 days.
